We provide screened and vetted candidates for special projects or holiday shortages, vacation, or medical leaves. All temporary employees sign an agreement that ensures client confidentiality. As employer of record, we handle all employee-related issues. 

Temp-to-Perm

Evaluate a Connect Staffing candidate on the job before extending a permanent employment offer. Hire the candidate at any time during the evaluation period with a conversion fee or we can structure the bill rate and temporary period to transition the candidate to your payroll with no conversion fee due.

High-Volume Staffing

We can quickly source, screen, and onboard candidates across multiple functions while maintaining quality standards. We operate in a VMS environment and are accustomed to meeting a wide range of performance metrics.

Direct Hire

Streamline your hiring process. Our dedicated sourcers find and recruit the best active and passive candidates. We manage the interview and selection process, check references, conduct background checks if needed, and handle salary negotiations. Our fee is a percentage of first-year compensation if the candidate is hired, and we offer a placement guarantee.

Payroll Services

Add the temporary employees you select to our payroll to reduce the costs and administrative burdens of benefits, workers’ compensation, and tax liabilities. Avoid the risks of co-employment or employee misclassification with our payrolling services.
